Accessibility
ZELVOS is committed to making our online store easier to use for as many people as possible. We continue to review and improve the shopping experience across devices, browsers and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We aim to support clear navigation, readable content and consistent interactions throughout the ZELVOS website. Accessibility is considered as part of our ongoing design, content and technical updates.
What we work to support
- Keyboard navigation: key links, buttons and forms should remain usable without relying only on a mouse or touch input.
- Readable content: text, headings and form labels are structured to remain clear across common screen sizes.
- Visible focus states: interactive elements include focus indicators to help customers understand where they are on the page.
- Alternative text: meaningful product and interface images should include useful text descriptions when appropriate.
- Responsive layouts: content is designed to adapt across desktop, tablet and mobile devices without unnecessary horizontal overflow.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility needs can vary by device, browser and assistive technology. We regularly review the store and may update layouts, labels, contrast, navigation and content as new issues are found.
Third-party services
Some parts of the shopping experience may be provided by Shopify, payment providers, review tools or other third-party services. We encourage these providers to maintain accessible experiences, but their interfaces may not always be fully controlled by ZELVOS.
