How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This processing time is included in the estimated 7–15-day delivery window. Processing may take slightly longer during busy sales periods or holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within an estimated 7–15 days. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, weather, address issues or other events outside our reasonable control.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Any applicable shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Available shipping options may vary by destination and order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?

What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with their original packaging, tags and included materials.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping when a return is caused by a change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference. ZELVOS covers reasonable return costs for verified damaged, defective or incorrect items.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@zelvosus.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label so we can review the issue.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How do I choose the right shoe size?
Check the sizing information on the product page and compare your foot length with the ZELVOS Size Guide. Measure both feet and use the measurement of the longer foot.
What should I do if I am between sizes?
Choosing the next size up may provide a more comfortable fit, especially if you have wider feet or plan to wear thicker socks.
Can I order different sizes or colors?
Yes. Add each available size or color to your cart separately before completing your purchase.
