Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high demand may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time includes both processing and transit time:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

United States

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: approximately 9–12 business days
  • Estimated total delivery: approximately 10–15 business days

Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, seasonal demand, and other circumstances outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Available shipping options and any applicable shipping charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping on qualifying orders, may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, destination restrictions, and promotional terms displayed on the website.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may require 2–5 business days to update after the parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier. A temporary delay in tracking updates does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving.

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder if you cannot locate your confirmation email.


Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible after placing it.

We process orders promptly and cannot guarantee that a cancellation, address change, color change, or size change can be completed once processing has begun.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After delivery, eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Before completing your purchase, please verify:

  • Your full name
  • Street address and apartment or unit number
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Email address and contact information

We are not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address submitted by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.


Delivery Delays

Although we work to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather or natural events
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • High seasonal or promotional order volume
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Security, customs, or regulatory inspections

These circumstances are outside our direct control. We appreciate your patience while the shipping carrier completes delivery.


Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, porch, garage, or designated delivery area.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, or reception personnel.
  3. Allow up to 48 hours, as some carriers may mark parcels as delivered shortly before arrival.
  4. Contact the shipping carrier using the tracking number provided.

If the package is still missing after completing these steps, contact our Customer Support Team with your order number and tracking information.


Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing an item, please contact us promptly after delivery.

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the shipping package and label

Please retain the original product and packaging while your request is being reviewed.


International Orders

International delivery may be available for selected destinations shown during checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, or other fees required by the destination country.

Customs processing may extend the estimated delivery time. We cannot control customs inspections or guarantee how quickly an international shipment will be released.
